| Job Specification | Key Responsibilitiesa. Respond to correspondences attending to visitors/clients; handling telephone calls, enquiries, and appointments b. Maintain office diary, itineraries and office protocol; c. Monitor procedures for record keeping for correspondences; d. Record and compile customer complaints at the Office. e. Ensure security of office equipment, documents, and records in the department; f. Draft, receive, sort and disseminate correspondence, reports, circulars and publications when required; g. Manage office protocol and etiquette; h. Manage office petty cash and consumables; Requirement for Appointment A person shall be qualified for appointment as the Office Administrator if that person meets the following minimum requirements: a. Bachelors’ degree in Secretarial Management, Business and Office Management, Business Administration or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution. b.
