Key Responsibilities
a. Overseeing all aspects of investment in a portfolio; b. Analyzing past and current financial data and performance; c. Preparing reports and projections based on analysis; d. Evaluating current capital expenditures and depreciation; e. Exploring investment opportunities; f. Establishing and evaluating profit plans; g. Identifying trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement; h. Analyzing and evaluating performance and productivity reports for presentation; i. Providing financial models and forecasting; j. Any other duty or responsibility as may be assigned by the CEO.
Requirement for Appointment
A person shall be qualified for appointment as the Manager, Investment Analysis if that person meets the following minimum requirements:
a. Master’s Degree in Commerce, Economics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Applied Mathematics or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution b. Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Economics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Applied Mathematics or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; c. Professional qualification; CIFA or CFA or an equivalent qualification and membership in relevant body in good standing; d. At least ten (10) years’ work experience five (5) years of which must have been in management role; e. Management/Leadership course lasting not less than four (4) weeks; f. Proficiency in computer application; and g. Fulfilled the requirements of chapter six of the Constitution.

Terms of Service
Five (5) Years Contract renewable subject to retirement age and performance. Compliance with Chapter 6 of the Constitution The successful candidate shall be required to meet the following compliance requirements: • A Certificate of Good Conduct from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) • A Clearance/Compliance Certificate from Higher Education Loans Board (HELB) • A Tax Compliance Certificate from Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) • A Clearance Certificate from the Ethics & Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) • A Clearance Certificate from Credit Reference Bureau (CRB)
